Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Who doesn’t love a good fried potato?!

One thing I need is some liners to make cleaning easier, but other than that I got my beloved potato wedges. So many spice and flavor possibilities. Unfortunately, was out of my Cajun seasoning.

Ingredients

1 russet potato cut into wedges

Olive or avocado spray

Seasoning of choice

Directions

1. Cut potato into wedges. Size may vary. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to an hour then drain and pat dry with a towel.

2. Place into a bowl and spray with the oil.

3. Add seasoning and toss to evenly coat.

4. Place into the air fryer and cook on 400°F for about 35-45 minutes.

Notes

Time needed to cook depends on the size of the potatoes.
